How many profiles will you send us?

We typically curate a list of approximately three profiles that closely align with your specified requirements. This initial selection allows you to kickstart the evaluation process. If, after the first round of selection, none of the candidates are a perfect fit, we are more than happy to provide another batch of candidates.

Do we get to meet our engineers before they start working with us?

Absolutely! It’s your team, your rules. We encourage you to conduct video interviews with candidates to ensure that they match your technical, cultural, and team dynamics criteria.

Can we hire only one engineer?

If you wish to replace an assigned engineer, we initially work to address and remedy any concerns or issues. Our priority is to ensure a seamless working relationship. If a replacement is necessary, we present you with alternative profiles to ensure a smooth transition without any disruption to the services.

What about the working hours?

Our working hours are flexible and designed to align with our clients' needs. For clients in Pacific Time, we guarantee a minimum of 5 hours of overlapping work time to facilitate real-time interactions and project progress.

How long does the process take?

The duration of the process varies depending on your unique hiring timeline and requirements. We aim to simulate a direct hiring process, without you wasting time on finding good profiles. Once we receive your requirements, we send you the first resumes within 3 working days.

How do we get charged?

You'll be charged a fixed monthly fee based on the experience and skillset of the engineer you choose. This structure ensures clarity and transparency in billing, allowing you to focus more on your business and to accurately predict your cost model.

Is there a minimum-term engagement?

No, we do not require a minimum-term engagement. However, we appreciate having some visibility from your end regarding the expected duration of the role. This helps us tailor our staffing solutions effectively and cater for our clients’ needs.

Can we hire part-time engineers?

Absolutely, we are open to accommodating various working models, including hiring part-time engineers. We would still appreciate having some visibility on the expected duration of the assignment.
